Answers for pet parents
Can’t find what you need? Our salon team is always happy to help.
How often should my pet be groomed?
Most dogs benefit from grooming every 4–8 weeks. Coat type, lifestyle, shedding, and haircut preference all affect the ideal schedule.
Do you groom cats?
Yes. We offer calm, appointment-only cat grooming for brushing, sanitary trims, nail care, and selected coat services.
What if my pet is anxious?
Please tell us before the visit. We use patient, low-stress handling, take breaks when needed, and never force a service.
How long does an appointment take?
Most appointments take 2–4 hours. We give a clearer estimate after checking coat condition, size, and requested services.
What vaccinations are required?
Pets should be current on age-appropriate core vaccinations. Contact us if your veterinarian has advised an exception.
Can I stay during the groom?
For most pets, a calm handoff helps them settle. We’ll contact you if your presence would support their comfort.
What happens with mats?
We prioritize comfort and skin safety. Severe matting may require a shorter trim, and we’ll explain options before proceeding.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed visits may require a booking deposit next time.
